THE Swindon Soroptimists will celebrate International Women's Day on Monday with an online event on Facebook.
The group is joining forces with the Marlborough Ladies Who Latte business women’s group to celebrate women’s achievements and support the Choose To Challenge campaign theme to help forge women's equality.
IWD 2021 is asking people to raise their hand and pledge to #ChooseToChallenge, so the Soroptimists are collecting photos of its members doing this and selecting a word or phrase to celebrate women. On the day itself, the live event will feature some of the ladies talking about why that chose that word.
