MORE than 30 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Swindon.
Between 9am on Thursday and 9am on Friday, 32 positive test Covid-19 test results were recorded.
In the last seven days, there have been 160 new cases in the borough, which is 103 (39 per cent) fewer than the week before.
As of February 28, Swindon's infection rate is 95.4 cases per 100,000 population.
Across the UK, there were 5,947 new coronavirus cases and 236 newly-recorded deaths of people who tested positive for the virus.
