M4: Stephen Biggs, 51, of New Bristol Road, Weston-super-Mare, pleaded guilty to driving on the M4 without valid insurance. He was fined £400, banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £150 in costs and surcharge. 

M4: Frederick Jones, 28, of St Hilary, Glamorgan, was fined £324, given six points and ordered to pay £144 in costs and surcharge after admitting speeding in a Seat Cupra last June. 

WILTSHIRE: Ashcon Raeisinezhadian, 25, of Angler Road, Shaw, pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a constable, speeding on Marlborough High Street and driving carelessly. He was fined £240, banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £144 in costs and surcharge.

PARK SOUTH: Brian White, 69, of Priory Road, was fined £153 and given six points after he admitted driving a Seat Ibiza on Queens Drive without due care and attention. He must pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

OLD TOWN: Christopher Cook, 33, of Dewell Mews, admitted drink driving in a Ford Focus on Station Approach, Old Town, last October. He was fined £120, banned from the road for 17 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge. 

PARK SOUTH: Daniel McGann, 37, of Welcombe Avenue, was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge after he pleaded guilty to causing a nuisance at Great Western Hospital on February 27, 2021. 

PINEHURST: Yolande Cadoux, 44, of Beech Avenue, was fined £880 and given six penalty points for failing to stop at the scene of an accident on Bridge End Road, Stratton, and driving a Vauxhall Corsa without valid insurance or a valid MOT. She must pay £85 costs and an £88 victim surcharge.

EAST WICHEL: Holly Handley, 37, of Stannon Lane, pleaded guilty to being concerned in supplying cannabis between August 2017 and September 2020. She was given a 12-month community order with 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days, fined £100 and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Patrick McDonagh, 26, of Bookthorpe, Gloucester, admitted possession of a Citroen C6 for use in the course of a theft and handling stolen tools and cash. He was given a 12-month community order with 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and must pay a £95 victim surcharge.

RODBOURNE: Jurgen Schuh, 38, of Morris Street, was fined £300 after he admitted possession of a pepper spray, cannabis and cocaine. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

WALCOT: Steven Beeton, 35, of Dacre Road, was fined £200 after he admitted possession of cocaine on Boxing Day last year. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

OLD TOWN: Yasmin Hunt, 20, of Bath Road, was given a 12-month community order with up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days after she pleaded guilty to criminal damage. She must pay a £95 victim surcharge.

PURTON: Wayne Crowther, 35, of Dogridge, Purton, was found guilty of possession of an offensive weapon. He had a police style baton in his vehicle on Drakes Way. He was fined £1,350, ordered to pay £620 costs and a £135 victim surcharge.

M4: Hussein Omer, 49, of Charlton Road, Bristol, was fined £120 after he admitted speeding on the M4 in a VW Sharan. He was given six points and must pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

OLD TOWN: Mark Bermingham, 52, of Goddard Avenue, was found guilty in his absence of speeding in a Golf GTI on the M4 last June. He was fined £660, banned from driving for 28 days and ordered to pay £176 in costs and surcharge. 

ELDENE: Evaristus Okafor, 37, of Overbrook, was fined £80 and banned from driving for six months after he admitted speeding in a Peugeot 407 on the M4 last January. He must pay £142 in costs and surcharge. 

GRANGE PARK: Dean Titchener, 31, of Sheen Close, was found guilty in his absence of driving a Mercedes C220 on Great Western Way without due care and attention, failing to stop and speeding.  He was fined £1,100, banned from driving for two years and must pay £110 costs and a £110 victim surcharge.

SHAW: Marcelo Marques, 39, of Saddleback Road, was fined £880 for driving a Jaguar X-type on County Road without a licence or insurance. He was given six points and must pay £176 in costs and surcharge. The case was proved in his absence.
