A TOWN centre man will face a crown court judge next month over allegations he was involved in supplying cannabis.

Luke Spencer, 42, is said by detectives to have been dealing the class B drug.

He is also accused of being in possession of designer clothing, jewellery, watches and electronics suspected of being the proceeds of crime.

His arrest followed a raid on a property in Harding Street last week. Two other Swindon men were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of imitation firearms and have been released under investigation, Wiltshire Police said.

Spencer, of Harding Street, appeared before Swindon Magistrates' Court on Saturday charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of criminal property.

He pleaded not guilty and was remanded in custody to appear before Swindon Crown Court on May 7 for a trial preparation hearing.
