PENHILL: Mattie Lyon, 25, of Ramsbury Avenue, admitted driving a vehicle without a licence or insurance in Durrington Walk on July 16 last year.

He was fined £120, ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge and banned from driving for six months.

PINEHURST: Bradley Livingstone, 26, of Whitworth Road, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Whitworth Road on December 11, 2020.

He was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge.

OLD WALCOT: Lukasz Lupinski, 38, of Falmouth Grove, was banned from driving for three years after he admitted drink driving a Honda Civic on February 12 this year and failing to stop at the scene of an accident in Brixham Avenue.

He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE POLICE: Magistrates approved a request from Wiltshire Police to retain an estimated £20,000 cash seized from Admeria Pisha, 32, of Southbury Avenue, Enfield, on March 16, for six months. The application was made under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

PINEHURST: Ryan Smith, 24, of Beech Avenue, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Kris Cooper, 36, of Harding Street, was given a 12 month conditional discharge after he admitted damaging a window belonging to Threshold Housing.

PARK SOUTH: Jason Cuthbertson, 44, of Priory Road East, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Priory Road on December 29 last year and damaging a cell at Gablecross police station.

He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £107 in costs and surcharge.

WEST SWINDON: Robert Frasonski, 22, of Studley Rise, Trowbridge, was fined £300 and given six points after he pleaded guilty to driving a VW Golf in Blagrove on August 18 last year whilst disqualified and without insurance. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

STRATTON: Anthony Mendak, 43, of Ruskin Avenue, admitted drink driving a Mitsubishi Shogun on Westfield Way and Purton Road last December and failing to stop at the scene of an accident on Purton Road.

He was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £300 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

CRICKLADE: Damien Shears, 32, of Cherry Tree Road, pleaded guilty to stealing a woman’s purse on New Year’s Eve 2019.

He was given a 12 month community order with 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and was ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge.

M4: Bailey Simmonds-Sharpe, 21, of Withyholt Court, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham, was found guilty of driving a Toyota Yaris on the M4 near Junction 15 without due care and attention.

He was fined £180, banned from driving for three months and ordered to pay £185 in costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

WILTSHIRE POLICE: Magistrates granted an application for a three month closure order on a property in Magnolia Court, Pinehurst.

SWINDON: William Goffett, 25, of no fixed address, was given an 18 week prison sentence suspended for a year after he admitted charges of threatening behaviour and assaulting a police officer. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation.

SWINDON: Jason Harty, of Co Limerick, Ireland, admitted stealing Coca-Cola from Sainsbury’s in February 2019, assault, assaulting a police officer, threatening behaviour and failing to answer bail. He was fined £276 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
