A SWINDON man will appear in court next week charged with terrorism offences.
Ben Raymond, 31, is accused of being a member of banned right wing group National Action between December 17, 2016, and September 27, 2017.
Neo Nazi group National Action was established in 2013. Three years later, it became the first right wing group to be banned under counter-terrorism laws.
Detectives from West Midlands Police's counter terrorism unit have also charged Raymond with possession of material likely to be useful for terrorism.
He is expected to appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court on April 28.
West Midlands Police said Raymond was interviewed at a Wiltshire police station between April 20 and 22.
