SWINDON: Ryan Gibbons, 19, of Calliope Crescent, was fined £220 after he was found guilty of breaching the coronavirus regulations by being part of a gathering of more than two people in Stanton Fitzwarren on May 31 last year. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

PENHILL: Matthew Reynolds, 28, of Bratton Close, was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months after he pleaded guilty to harassment. He must do 66 hours of unpaid work, complete up to 40 rehabilitation activity requirement days and abide by a 12 month restraining order. He was ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

STRATTON: Kerin King, 44, of Swindon Road, admitted driving a Peugeot on Dorcan Way without a licence. He was fined £95, ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge and was given four penalty points.

OLD TOWN: Mark Bailey, 48, of Clifton Street, admitted threatening behaviour and was given a 12 month conditional discharge with a year-long restraining order banning him from contacting his male victim.

TOWN CENTRE: Mehmet Ediki, 58, of Commercial Road, was found guilty of possession of a blade in Aylesbury Street. He was bailed for the sentencing hearing on June 22.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Samuel Lewis, 32, of Montpelier Villas, Cheltenham, was fined £80 after he admitted breaching a restraining order last April by sending an email. He must pay £74 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Daniel Clarke, 23, of Grouse Road, Calne, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood having been stopped in Lyneham, possession of cannabis and assaulting a police officer. He was given a 12 month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for three years, and must pay £50 compensation and £180 in costs and surcharge.

LIDEN: Stuart Trinder, 26, of Conrad Close, admitted criminal damage. He was fined £240 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge. It was deemed paid by time served in the cells.

PURTON: Malgorzata Socha, 35, of Upper Ox Hill, pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Scenic without due care and attention on Thamesdown Drive and ignoring a traffic signal in November 2019. She was fined £170, given five points and ordered to pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Usman Ayub, 28, of Raymend Road, Bristol, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Swindon Road in October 2019 without insurance and on bald tyres. He was fined £392, ordered to pay £149 and banned from driving for 30 days.

STRATTON: Kathryn Dougherty, 36, of St Quentin Close, was found guilty in her absence of driving a VW Touran on Ermin Street without due care and attention.

She was fined £80 and ordered to pay £142 in costs and surcharge. Her licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

M4: Abdul Ullah, 39, of Salisbury Road, Cardiff, was fined £660 and banned from the roads for 28 days after he was found guilty of speeding in a Mercedes Benz AMG C 63 on January 19, 2020. He must pay £132 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Metodi Zhivkov, 19, of Barrington Street, Tiverton, applied to reopen a conviction for driving without insurance.

He admitted the offences, committed when he was driving a Vauxhall Zafira on the M4 on November 30, 2019, and was fined £880, banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

PARK NORTH: Connor Jones, 24, of Welcombe Avenue, was sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years after he admitted breaching a restraining order. He was found guilty of an assault. He must do 80 hours of unpaid work, the building better relationships programme and pay £213 in costs and surcharge.

BLUNSDON: Matthew Hampson, 31, of Fortuna Road, admitted making off without paying for fuel. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge. The money was deemed paid by time served.

SWINDON: Islam Rahimi, 25, of Barra Hall Road, Hayes, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge.

SWINDON: Carlyann Hampson, 42, of Wilton Road, admitted assaulting a police sergeant in Swindon last October. She was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
