SWINDON: Stefan Sandu, 32, of Emersons Green, South Gloucestershire, was caught driving a Honda Jazz on the A420 without insurance. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge. His driving licence was endorsed.

M4: Elki Cleary, 25, of Bye Crescent, Basingstoke, applied to reopen a conviction for speeding in a Mercedes SLC 180 on the M4 last June. She was fined £430, ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge and given six penalty points.

PARK SOUTH: David Bassam, 49, of Cranmore Avenue, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour. He was fined £778 and ordered to pay £250 costs and a £78 victim surcharge. A 12 month restraining order prevents him from contacting a woman or going to Twickenham Close, Swindon.

PENHILL: Jack Lyon, 30, of Ramsbury Avenue, was fined £346 and ordered to pay £120 in costs and surcharge after he admitted a charge of disorderly behaviour.

WALCOT: Wezley McGregor, 33, of Drakes Way, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating and failing to surrender. He was given an 18 month community order with a requirement to complete the building better relationships programme and must pay a £95 victim surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Grzegorz Doluk, 37, of Redcliffe Street, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath when requested by police officers. He was given a 12 month driving disqualification, fined £266 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Luke Paterson, 32, of no fixed address, was fined £80 and banned from driving for two years after he pleaded guilty to drug driving on Longleaze, Royal Wootton Bassett, last July. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

PINEHURST: Magistrates approved an application by the police that £17,182 held in five bank accounts subject to freezing orders since last October be forfeited as suspected proceeds of crime. The bank accounts were held by a Beech Avenue woman.

UPPER STRATTON: Antony Kazik, 39, of Hyde Road, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. He was given a 12 month community order with 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days and fined £120. Magistrates ordered he pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

TADPOLE GARDEN VILLAGE: Joshua Kirby, 26, of Welby Close, was fined £1,843 and banned from the roads for two years after he was caught drink driving a BMW on Marlborough Road last August. He admitted the offence of drink driving and was ordered to pay a £184 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

NYTHE: Izasha Lanfear, 28, of St Ives Court, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £22 victim surcharge.

PINEHURST: Brandon Lewis, 19, of Montgomery Avenue, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

STRATTON: Kyle Thomas, 19, of Pinnocks Place, was given a six month conditional discharge after he pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He must pay a £22 victim surcharge.

M4: Shivali Mathur, 39, of Perendale Drive, Shepperton, was fined £1,491 after she admitted driving a Vauxhall Insignia on the M4 near Chiseldon without insurance, in a car that did not have its MOT and had bald tyres. She was given eight penalty points and ordered to pay £110 costs and a £149 victim surcharge.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Natasha Mursell, 44, of Daisy Brook, admitted speeding on the M4 in a Vauxhall Crossland on May 19 last year. She was fined £120, disqualified from driving for two weeks and ordered to pay £144 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Gemma Sankey, 49, of Randalls Court, Devizes, was found not guilty of two counts of being responsible for a dangerously out of control husky that injured two people in Cheverill last March and a charge of failing to ensure the animal’s needs were met by keeping it in her car or tied up outside.

HIGHWORTH: Edgaras Daskevicius, 34, of Queens Avenue, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. He was fined £676, given 10 penalty points and must pay £85 costs and a £68 victim surcharge.
