DOTTY'S Cafe is opening as planned tomorrow despite a vandal smashing the Old Town favourite's front window.
New owner Udaya Hetti feared the unexpected setback would prevent the cafe from welcoming customers back after the criminal damage happened on Saturday evening.
But luckily, he's managed to bounce back from this blow and is looking forward to serving up great grub to guests tomorrow.
He said on Facebook this afternoon: "Dotty's Old Town cafe will open at 8am Tuesday 18th May, despite our broken front window. We are serving a full menu plus of course the Dotty's legendary breakfast. We look forward to welcoming you all back to Dotty's."
