A WILTSHIRE Police sergeant is accused of sexually assaulting a female officer in a parked police car.
A misconduct panel will next month consider whether Sgt Gavin Hucks breached the standards of behaviour expected of police officer.
Sgt Hucks faces three allegations. It is said that he sought to pursue a relationship with a junior officer and whom he supervised.
He is also accused of conducting himself in an “inappropriate manner” and sexually assaulting a female officer while sat in a parked police car on Salisbury Plain and in Trowbridge.
His misconduct hearing will begin on Monday, June 7.
