Here's why traffic was building up on the A419 this morning
TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive on the A419.
Officers were called at around 6.30am this morning with a report of suspected drink driving near to the Plough Hill Interchange of the M4 and the A419.
A lane was closed by police this morning while dealing with the incident.
It caused some temporary congestion as drivers on the A419 Marlborough Road Southbound were experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes in the morning.
Roadworks were also being carried out in the area.
Traffic returned to normal a few hours later.
