A NEW sushi restaurant is coming to Swindon.
Yo! Sushi is opening a new branch at the designer outlet on Monday August 9 with a conveyor belt of dishes, a cocktail bar, and a Japanese mochi ice cream cart.
UK and international restaurants managing director Emma Deabill said: “We’re delighted to announce our arrival in Swindon and can’t wait to join the centre’s renowned selection of brands and eateries.
"Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working hard to make YO! Swindon the perfect destination to enjoy delicious Japanese food with family, friends, or as a relaxing pit stop during shopping trips.
"From expertly made fresh sushi to our mochi ice cream cart and curated cocktail menu – there will be something for everyone and hopefully dishes you may not have seen before.”
Tina Cumpstey at McArthurGlen Swindon said: “We are thrilled to open our doors and welcome YO! to our growing food and beverage offering.
"We have been working hard to make sure we offer a fun eating out experience YO! is renowned for. We look forward to seeing our centre guests enjoy the new restaurant especially as families plan for their summer staycations.”
Visitors will be able to order using a QR code and pay through a digital menu on their phone. To avoid queues, customers can also order ahead and Click and Collect at a specific time.
Delivery through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat will be available.
