AN elderly occupant recieved first aid after a cooker caught fire in Taunton Street yesterday evening.
Swindon, Westlea and Stratton fire services were called to a property fire at 7.12pm.
Firefighters found a small fire involving clothing on a cooker and all persons were accounted for by 7.20pm.
Crews adminstered oxygen therapy before an ambulance arrived with firefighters leaving the scene at 8.10pm.
