THREE people have been arrested and released under investigation after a pub brawl on the night of the Euro 2020 final.
The incident took place at The Manor on July 12 after England's defeat on penalties to Italy.
Eyewitnesses reported a gang of men attacking people in the car park, which left one victim in hospital with a broken jaw. Police said six people were injured at the pub.
A witness from the pub said: “It was an horrific night, it was brewing all night, especially at half-time when you started hearing glasses being smashed.
“As I was in my car ringing the police, I could see a man getting pummelled through my rear view mirror.
“Three or four were on him, punching and punching, I didn’t know when they were going to stop. He was left with a bloody nose.”
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: “Three men, aged 18, 19 and 22, have been arrested in connection with this investigation, interviewed and released under investigation while our enquiries continue.”
