THREE businesses have just moved into Swindon town centre offices.

FigFlex Offices has welcomed a trio of new tenants to 3 Newbridge Square and provided a total of 572 sq ft of serviced office space to them following its relaunch earlier this year.

Railway infrastructure services provider Colas Rail has expanded its existing space to 1,132sq ft across seven offices with 30 staff.

A further 119 sq ft has been taken by Hampshire-headquartered recruitment company, Active Staff, which will open its third southern office this month at FigFlex Swindon.

Technology recruitment agency Good Talent, which uses human resources tech products to help organisations meet their recruiting needs, now occupies 65 sq ft of the new serviced office space.

Director Jimmy Braimah said: "We were introduced to FigFlex Offices through a contact at Swindon Borough Council. From my first telephone call to Sharon and subsequent visit, we have been very impressed with the service.

"They presented a range of options to well match our needs and we decided on the spot to make this Swindon base our new home.

"The team has been very proactive and supportive and the support from Sharon and her team has been excellent and highly professional."

A spokesperson for FigFlex Offices added: “We have seen the needs of small businesses change over the past 18 months and there is now considerable demand for flexible coworking spaces.

"We have adapted our offering to provide our members with the space and amenities they need to succeed and grow.

"It is fantastic to welcome Active Staff and Good Talent to our Swindon location and to provide more space for our existing client, Colas Rail. We look forward to continuing to work together to help their businesses thrive.”

The office provider recently rebranded to focus on flexibility, convenience and additional business support for its members in response to the post-pandemic market demand.

FigFlex Swindon is located at 3 Newbridge Square, a newly-remodelled office building in the centre of Swindon’s commercial district.
