A THUG who assaulted a man and behaved aggressively towards a woman has been sent to prison.
Lee Mapstone, of no fixed address, beat a man and used threatening words or abusive behaviour towards the other victim in Swindon on October 29.
The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced at Swindon Magistrates Court earlier this month.
He will serve two months behind bars.
The offences were considered especially serious because of Mapstone's previous record of violent offences he had committed while on licence and the fact that he has been recalled.
