A SHOPLIFTER who stole 10 pairs of adidas tracksuit bottoms worth £280 from Sports Direct has been found guilty of theft.
Baldish Singh Rehnsi, of Pembroke Gardens, stole £18.75 worth of alcohol and food from Iceland on a separate day.
He has been ordered to pay £264 for both thefts and must have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months.
Mr Rehnsi was also found guilty of failing to surrender to custody at court after he was released on bail.
For the offence at Iceland on June 30, he has been ordered to pay £15 compensation.
For the theft from Sports Direct on July 8, the 43-year-old was fined £154 and ordered to pay an extra £95 for victim services.
