Camera Club member Lisa Hagarty captured light trails on the M4 close to Wroughton
A SPEEDING driver received a £466 fine and lost his licence for 40 days after being caught on the M4 near Swindon.
Elliott Skelton, of Stonefield Close in Eastleaze, exceeded the 70mph speed limit on February 6.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty through the single justice procedure.
Along with the fine, he must pay £110 in court costs plus £47 to victim services.
