THE cornerstone of the former Burtons menswear store in Swindon is a reminder of happier days when the town centre was a mecca for shoppers.
Laid by the founder of the chain Raymond Montague 90 years ago, it sits by a long-closed entrance that is splattered with paint and graffiti - a sad sign of decay.
Our camera club members have been out and about recording scenes, not just of urban dereliction, but of history, art and architecture.
