Terence Burke appeared at Truro Magistrates Court after being charged with abusing a position of trust
A 74-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with 16 sexual offences and sexual activity with children under 16.
Terence Maurice Burke from Swindon appeared at Truro magistrates court this morning.
Burke, who appeared in court wearing a grey suit, entered no plea and the case was sent straight to Crown Court.
He was remanded on unconditional bail to appear at Truro Crown Court in preparation for trial.
