WITH the summer in full swing and nothing spectacular on the telly, now’s the time to think about some alfresco drinking and dining.
Luckily, Wiltshire is home to some lovely historic country inns and vibrant town and city pubs with beautiful green gardens.
With the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions now lifted and most people vaccinated, families and friends are now able to mingle outdoors without having to worry too much about wearing masks and isolating.
Many of Wiltshire’s pubs are providing Covid-safe facilities for families and friends to dine outdoors and celebrate anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions.
Some have provided marquees and stretch tents to allow their customers to dine under canvas while enjoying the summer sun.
So, why not head to your local beer garden for a relaxing alfresco pint or a summery meal.
