A teen from Wiltshire is among the country’s worst yobs after being arrested more than 100 times.

The 17-year-old boy is well known to police, who arrested him for the 138th time last year.

He was first nicked by officers when he was aged just 14 years old.

The data has been revealed after a series of Freedom of Information Requests submitted by The Sun found ‘Britain’s worst yob’.

The 16-year-old was first arrested by Surrey Police when aged 13 and has been detained 204 times in total.

The FOI request revealed that he is the only child aged 10-17 arrested in 2021 that had been previously arrested at least 49 times.

The force confirmed he had been arrested 138 times – but cautioned that an individual can be arrested for more than one offence at a time.

Meanwhile, the issue of anti-social behaviour has been featured in the Conservative party leadership campaign.

Candidate Liz Truss said it would be a “key priority” if she is elected by her party’s membership.

Ms Truss used a planned visit alongside former party leader Sir Iain Duncan Smith to a youth centre in Dagenham, east London, on Monday to reiterate her commitment for police forces to “get back to basics and spend their time making streets safer”.
