Armed police swooped in to arrest a driver in Swindon.
Officers from the Armed Response Group division found a vehicle running on cloned plates.
A containment was put in place by the Swindon Community Policing Team, the Roads Policing Unit and officers from Operation Fortitude.
When the suspect returned to the vehicle they were immediately arrested on suspicion of fraud, failing to provide, and driving while disqualified.
Writing on social media WiltsSpecOps said: “Cloned vehicle identified by ARG, who were assisted with a containment by Swindon CPT, Fortitude and RPU officers.
“Driver stopped on return to vehicle by Officers and risk to public eliminated.
“Driver arrested for fraud, fail to provide, and driving whilst disqualified offences.”
