A NIGHTCLUB owner has been ordered to close for three-months after losing an appeal to remain a late night venue.
Angelo Rossi, proprietor of Angelo's, in Fleet Street, not only lost the appeal, but Magistrates added further restrictions for the club.
They include Angelo's having a full-time CCTV supervisor during opening hours and payments of £24,609 in legal costs to Swindon Borough Council.
