- - A judge had ruled that a debt of £100,000 owed to Able was "capable of being disputed on grounds that are not fanciful but of sufficient substance".
- - Previously, Able applied for permission to appeal and another company, Centreplate UK, applied to take over the petition.
- - Today's hearing is expected to see Deputy Insolvency Judge Stephen Baister rule on whether to allow Centerplate to be substituted in.
