POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a hit-and-run in Royal Wootton Bassett.
Officers responded to emergency calls from Royal Wootton Bassett High Street at around 7.15am on Friday December 23.
A pedestrian suffered minor head and hand injuries after being hit by a moving vehicle on the road.
The vehicle then failed to stop at the scene.
Paramedics took the victim to Great Western Hospital for treatment.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision, which happened outside 53 High Street. Anyone with information should call 101 and quote reference number 54220134196.
