Network Rail has released a video showing major flooding on the Great Western mainline.
The line is currently closed between Swindon and Bristol Temple Meads with train services being diverted.
LIVE UPDATES: Heavy rain causes flooding and disruption across Wiltshire
The video shows a massive waterfall which has developed with the water pouring onto the railway from the embankment.
It shows how much water has got onto the line with the rails being just about visible.
Trains to and from Bristol Temple Meads are not stopping at either Swindon or Chippenham with the service between Swindon and Salisbury being suspended.
However, trains to and from Swansea are running albeit severely delayed.
They are now having to run via Chepstow and Gloucester rather than through the Severn tunnel.
Great Western Railway has apologised for the disruption and says delays are expected until the end of the day.
