A teenager was arrested for possessing a Class A drug and assaulting an emergency worker after police “raided” a house in a Wiltshire cul-de-sac.
Several police vehicles, including a van and two cars, were seen at an address in Legate Close, Chippenham, at around 8.30pm on Thursday, May 4.
Neighbours say officers “raided” the house and remained at the scene until after 9.15pm.
A teenager was arrested on suspicion of several offences during the incident.
This included being drunk and disorderly, assaulting an emergency worker and possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.
They have since been released on bail.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We attended an address on Legate Close, Chippenham, just after 8.30pm on Thursday (May 4).
“A teenager was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly, assaulting an emergency worker and possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.
“They were released on bail pending further enquiries.”
