A man has been charged with attempted robbery following a violent incident in Chippenham town centre.
Adam Howard, of Rudman Park, has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Monday (May 22).
The violent incident happened at around 7.20pm on the High Street on Friday, May 12, with the 30-year-old man subsequently charged with attempted robbery.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “If you saw anything or can help with our enquiries, please contact us on 101 quoting reference number 54230049935.”
