Police say that a man who has been missing for a month could be in Wiltshire.

Gloucestershire Police say a man called Richard, of Cheltenham, has not been seen since mid-May and there are now concerns for his welfare.

The 35-year-old man does not have a phone or a vehicle and he tends to walk or use public transport to travel around.

Richard has links to both Wiltshire and Wales.

Police have also warned that Richard’s behaviour may be unpredictable due to his vulnerabilities.

Anyone who sees him should not approach him but rather call 999.

A Gloucestershire Police spokesperson said: “If you have seen Richard or have any information on his current whereabouts, you can call police on 101 and quote incident 247 of Monday, June 5.
