A pest exterminator has pleaded not guilty to setting up a ‘radar’ in a family's bathroom to spy on them.

Allan Ogg, of Overbrook Road in Hardwicke, near Gloucester, faced three charges of voyeurism.

It is alleged that Ogg set up a device in the family's bathroom, and captured photos of them naked. One of his alleged victims is a 5-year-old boy.

Ogg appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on Wednesday, July 5.

The court was told Ogg was called to the complainants' house in Chippenham to exterminate a pest problem.

He set up ‘radars’ in the attic and throughout the house which were intended to scare away vermin, in June 2022.

Prosecutor Asha Seenauth told the court how one of the complainants spotted the ‘radar’ which had been set up in the bathroom. He then removed it and inspected the device, allegedly finding a camera which had taken six images of the family naked.

The images are said to have included the adult male complainant having a bath and his wife showering their child.

Ogg denied all three charges during Wednesday's hearing and was released on unconditional bail to attend Swindon Crown Court on Friday, August 4.
