Two children, aged 12 and 14, have now been found after an emergency search, police have confirmed.
Amelia and Jacob Tilley had been missing since 5.30pm on Friday evening after leaving Trowbridge cinema.
A police statement released on Sunday around 3.45pm thanked the public for their assistance with the search.
It said: "We are pleased to confirm that Amelia and Jacob Tilley, who were reported missing on Friday from Trowbridge, have been found safe and well.
"Thanks for sharing our appeal."
