A selection of brand new houses near Swindon have now been unveiled with the area enjoying an early rise in sales.

Homebuyers can now visit Redlands Grove in Wanborough after a launch event which saw two new show homes unveiled.

Located off Stratton Road, the area is part of a larger development of 370 homes which will include allotments, play areas and a new village square.

A cycle route that forms part of the main highway will link to the new homes as well as a shop and a village square.

There will also be a multi-use games area, allotments, four play areas, land for a new school, a new junction onto site from Wanborough Road and a new footway.

The development, which features homes by both Bovis and Linden, has seen ten properties sold.

Sue Scholfield, Bovis regional sales and marketing director, said: “It’s fantastic to welcome everyone to Redlands Grove for the first time, it’s a real milestone for the development.

“We had a very busy launch weekend where homebuyers could look around the new show homes.

“The interior designers have done a brilliant job in creating two stunning designs.”

There are currently three and four-bedroom Bovis homes available from £393,500 while three-bedroom Linden properties are available from £187,998.
