An early-hours blaze that broke out at a Chippenham house while three people slept inside was started deliberately, fire investigators say.
The terraced property in Mac's Yard, The Butts, was ablaze at around 3am on Saturday morning (August 6).
Fire crews were called to the scene and the emergency services confirmed those inside escaped without injury.
Police have launched an arson probe and are now seeking witnesses.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "Officers are investigating the cause of the fire as it is believed by fire investigators that it was started deliberately.
"We are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious, or has information that could help with our enquiries or dashcam footage for the area of the Butts, London Road around 3am."
