The Swindon Kiss Gyms closed unexpectedly earlier this month on Friday, November 10 at 10pm and stayed shut until 7am on Sunday, November 12

An email sent out to members added: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we're very sorry to tell you that we are needing to close Kiss Gyms for this period.

"Other than during Covid, this is the first time in 12 years we have had to close from our normal 24/7/365 operations.

"Please bear with us during this time and we're extremely sorry for this inconvenience."

The permanent closure comes at the same time as a new gym arrives in the town with JD Gyms set to move into the former B&M building on Ocotal Way.
