A popular Swindon snooker club has been put up for sale.

Jesters Snooker Club, the largest in the South West, has been located on Greenbridge Road since its grand opening in October 1990.

But the building has now been listed on the property market with Central Business Agency Ltd for an asking price of £975,000.

After over three decades of trading, the Park North club, which has a membership of over 700 people, is up for grabs for the first time.

The listing advertises that the club has “several opportunities for growth” and that it currently makes £430,000 in sales per annum.

There are 22 full-size Riley Snooker tables including two match tables inside as well as a dedicated pool table, darts area, and a spacious lounge bar.

A spokesperson for the estate agent said: “We are delighted to present a remarkable opportunity to acquire a successful snooker club that holds the prestigious position of being the largest snooker club in the South West.

“The blend of the snooker tables, pool table, darts area, and lounge bar creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, offering an ideal setting for players to socialise, unwind, and enjoy their favourite games.

“The club's strategic layout, impressive facilities, and expansive membership base make it a highly attractive opportunity.”
