Police are appealing for information after an incident at Poundland in Swindon town centre.
CCTV images have been released after a woman allegedly walked out the Havelock Square store without attempting to pay.
When she was confronted by a member of staff, she was verbally abusive, according to Wiltshire Police.
The incident is said to have happened at around midday on September 9.
The CCTV images show a woman with a yellow cardigan and a ponytail.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Anyone with information should call 101 and quote crime reference number 54230095966.”
