'Man racially abused public on Swindon bus' (Image: Newsquest)
A man racially abused a bus driver and passengers in Swindon, officers have said.
The incident, which is said to have taken place on Swindon Bus Company's 5 service between the Orbital shopping centre and Park North, occured at 2.10pm on November 22.
It has prompted Wiltshire Police to appeal for information and any witnesses to come forward.
Officers said that a man made racially aggravated comments towards the driver and passengers on the number 5 service, which was going from the town centre towards Walcot and the Parks area.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Were you on the bus and did you witness the incident?
“If you can help, please call 101 and quote crime reference number 54230123874.”
