Christmas Day is a joyous time for all when friends and family get together to celebrate another year around the table.

What table? Well, the dinner table of course, with a big plump turkey as the centrepiece.

Of course, it doesn’t have to be a turkey, as some families opt for a smaller bird in a chicken or an entirely different meat such as beef. Some even opt for fish, no judgement here!

However, what we can all agree on is that we’re all pretty much stuffed by the end, whether that be through gorging on meat, cheese, or too much wine.

Whatever the festive poison, it’s a good idea to get out for a walk post-Christmas dinner with friends or family, and stretch those legs before the evening leg!

So, with that in mind, we’ve drawn up a list of some great walks to try in and around Wiltshire post-Christmas dinner as per the trail app AllTrails.
