A man who exposed himself on one of Swindon's busiest shopping streets has been sentenced.
Kevin Thomas-Fuller, of Milverton Court in Walcot, appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court for sentencing on January 4, 2024.
The 29-year-old had indicated a plea of guilty to one count of indecent exposure after intentionally exposing his genitals to others, intending that someone would see them and cause alarm or distress, at The Parade in Swindon’s town centre on February 27, 2023.
He also previously pleaded guilty to assaulting two male victims in Swindon on April 6, 2023.
The defendant received a community order that requires him to carry out up to 50 rehabilitation activity days and register with the police for five years, as well as pay £85 in court costs.
