A man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after a window was smashed on a Swindon street in the middle of the day.
At least three police cars attended an incident on Kent Road on Sunday, February 18 just after 2pm and multiple police officers were also seen dealing with the incident.
A photo posted on Facebook shows a smashed window located at the front of a house along the street.
The shape of the break appears to be that of an object, indicating that something may have been thrown through the window.
Photos also show four police cars closely parked to one another as well as officers standing along the street which is located in Old Town.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said on Monday, February 19: “We attended reports of a disorder in Kent Road, Swindon shortly after 2pm yesterday in which a male was reportedly damaging property.
“Officers attended and arrested a man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of Criminal Damage and has since been released on conditional bail.”
