A wide variety of stolen items worth thousands of pounds have been recovered by police.
The haul of goods valued at £4,500 included Moët and Chandon champagne, dog food supplements and worming tablets.
It followed the arrest of four suspected shoplifters in Mannington Retail Park in Swindon yesterday afternoon, June 27.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson explained the goods are believed to have been stolen from numerous stores in the county by people travelling from outside of Wiltshire.
Other items found in the seizure include Nicotinelle chewing gum, Nicorette patches, Nexium heartburn medicine and razor blades.
The spokesperson said: “We would like to hear from any store owners who may have been victims of theft, in order to return the stock.
“Anyone with information about the items is asked to call us on 101, quoting log 54240075459.”
A picture shared by the police shows eight bottles of Moet & Chandon Imperial Rosé Champagne, retailing at around £50 online - totalling £400.
Other items were less valuable - 10 packets of Frontline dog worming tablets retailing at around £15 each have a total of £150.
