After a decent nights sleep we had a leisurely day. Since in was the beginning of the Easter weekend, and not ideal for hitching, we had arranged to spend the weekend with friends. We settled ourselves in a cafe with a crossword and a coffee until the time we had arranged to meet our friends. The mother of the family, Anick, met us after finishing work at 1pm and took us home to her husband and three children. We had a lazy afternoon and in the evening went bowling and to the local creperie to sample the regional specialities complete, of course, with a bowl of cider.
