A 14-year-old boy is to stand accused of raping two younger lads earlier this year.
The Wootton Bassett teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is said to have sexually abused the children on a number of occasions.
He is accused of five counts of rape of a boy under 13 years old and seven charges of sexual assault on a child.
Four of the rape allegations and three of the sexual assaults allegations relate to one boy and one rape and three sexual assaults are said to have been on a second lad.
All of the charges relate to a four month period between the start of the year and Thursday, May 8 this year.
The teenager, who was 13 years old at the time of the alleged offences, pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
A judge at Swindon Crown Court adjourned the case to Monday, February 2 when the schoolboy will face trial by jury and released him on bail.
