Wow I did some weight training this week and lost 3lbs, so I will be doing it again this week.
I have know for a long time that exercise, or lack of it is my main problem to losing weight (I suffer from chronic fratigue syndrome) so I need to pace myself. But I will be building up very very slowly and this will start to pay dividends with my weight loss.
Remeber weight loss is 70-80% what you eat and 20-30% about your exercise levels.
