The 2009 Six Nations kicks off in Swindon this weekend, as Big Screen Swindon plays host to its first international rugby competition.
So for all those rugby fans, or those who don’t want to spend Saturday afternoon shopping, get yourself down to Wharf Green in time for a 3pm start as England play Italy in the first game of this year’s competition.
The entire match will be broadcast live on Swindon’s Big Screen, followed by Ireland v France at 5pm. inSwindon and The New Swindon Company are encouraging as many people as possible to come along and support their team in what promises to be a great first game.
The remainder of the Six Nations matches will also be shown live on the big screen over the next six weeks.
