A PLANNING decision on proposals to build 46 flats on land next to the Test House roundabout on Kemble Drive has been delayed.
Swindon Council's planning committee was asked to consider plans for the flats in one block.
As well as the six-story high building there will also be 48 parking spaces if the proposals get the green light.
Council officers had recommended the permission be granted due to a number of conditions but the decision was delayed until Tuesday, February 21.
