Willowbridge Construction report that only two trade counters and two small industrial units are left on the Devizes Trade Centre.

Devizes Trade Centre follows on the back of the successful freehold schemes in Chippenham, Westbury and Swindon and comprises a total of 17 units, most of which are now occupied.

The development is located on Hopton Park, adjacent to the A361 and close to the M4 motorway.

The Trade Centre is the first of its kind in Devizes and comes at a time when there is demand from investors and local businesses for small industrial units in the town.

Current occupiers include Tile Store, Route 2 Fitness, Redpin Publishing and Eye Dot Europe.

Simon Kingsley, of Alder King's Swindon office, who are joint agents with King Sturge, said: "Historically businesses have never had the opportunity to buy freehold properties in Devizes and have either had to look elsewhere or to settle for leasehold property.

"The high specification of the Trade Centre units has appealed to many businesses and current occupiers are trading well.

"The remaining units present occupiers with an ideal opportunity to acquire prominent trade counters or industrial/storage units, which are being offered as individual units or can be combined if required."
