WILTSHIRE Air Ambulance has arranged two dates this year for the adventurous amongst us to sign up and take part in a Tandem Parachute Jump.

The charity is hoping to get lots of people to sign up to raise funds for the Air Ambulance Appeal when it holds the jumps on May 14 in Cirencester and June 4 in Netheravon.

Participants should raise a minimum of £395 which will pay for the cost of the tandem jump and raise much needed funds for the Air Ambulance too.

Caroline Corrigan, county fundraiser for Wiltshire Air Ambulance, said: “We have teamed up with Skyline which is a company that arranges the Jump sites and ensure the utter most safely procedures are in place for your challenge.

“A tandem Parachute jump is so very difficult to describe but believe me, it is a truly unforgettable experience.

“You will parachute from a minimum of 10,000ft with your instructor and free fall for 50 seconds before your parachute opens.

“This is literally the chance of a lifetime so please get in touch. You really will be helping such an amazing charity.”
