THE woman accused of death by dangerous driving resulting in the death of teaching assistant Diane Wright has made another appearance in court.
Paula Barnes, 43, of Baydon, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving after an incident on September 23.
Her case was heard at Swindon Crown Court for the first time yesterday after it was transferred from Chippenham Magistrates Court last month.
Mrs Wright, 49, of Garraways, Wootton Bassett, died after her BMW was in collision with Barnes’ Audi Quattro on the unclassified road between Foxhill and Baydon.
Barnes, who is on bail, will appear at Swindon Crown Court to enter a plea on April 15.
